Meetings are mostly held at our newly refurbished offices in the Admirals Offices Building situated in the Historic Chatham Dockyard. Also, where necessary we will go and see clients at their places of work or their homes.
Our address is Fingerprint Financial Planning, Admirals Offices, Main Gate Road, The Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TZ. The nearest train station is Chatham and the office is very close to the M2/A2 motorways. You can find a map on the ‘Contact us’ page.
We have plenty of free parking just outside the office and there is disabled parking.
Yes – there is disabled access to our client meeting rooms.
There is no fee for the initial meeting. We do the first one at our cost.
For financial planning clients, it would be helpful if you could bring details of any existing financial product details that you would like us to review. For mortgage clients, it would be useful to have the last three monthly payslips and bank statements, as well as a form of ID such as your passport or driving licence.
The initial meeting can last anything from 45min to two hours depending on your circumstances and what you want to achieve. We’ll always give you as much time as required and will let you know at the start of the meeting how long our meeting is likely to last.
Not at all. The initial meeting is designed for us to get to know you as a potential new client and give you the opportunity to interview us for the job of being your new trusted financial planner.

We are Directly Authorised to give financial advice by the Financial Conduct Authority. The FCA is the regulator of firms like ourselves and their job is to make sure that individuals, as well as business like ours, are fit and proper to give advice.
Yes, we can offer advice on these schemes just like any other pension products.
We work on a team-based approach, so if your adviser happens to be away at the time when you need to speak with them, one of the team will manage your enquiry.
This will largely depend on your circumstances and what you want to achieve with your finances. However, we are always upfront and transparent about our fees and won’t undertake any work on your behalf until you’ve agreed them. For more information, visit our ‘Approach to fees’ page.
This depends on the type of advice you are looking for. We offer both and this is something that your adviser will explain at the beginning of the very first meeting with us.
Commission is received on very few products. Our advice is generally fee-based. This is always fully disclosed to you during our first meeting and once we know the type of product that you need advice on.
No, we do not currently charge VAT.
